Responsibilities:
Maintain professional relationships with customers Collecting payment from all service and parts customers Daily reconciliation for service and parts Incoming telephone calls, answering customer's questions and making service appointments for the Dealerships Assisting with out-bound telephone calls to confirm service appointments Assigning technician labor codes and pricing to service repairs
Qualifications:
